TERMS OF AGREEMENT



RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

  1. Cancellation of attendance at a workshop or conference must be sent to info@cptn.com 2 weeks prior to start date.

  2. A processing fee of 20% will be charged for all refunds.

  3. Refunds for workshops will be issued excluding cost of shipping and shipped items.

  4. No refunds will be issued to requests made after a live/virtual course start date or a certification renewal date.

  5. No refunds will be issued once a test has been attempted. 

  6. No refunds will be issued for online (self-study) courses once access to course materials has been granted.

  7. Refunds for courses shipped, excluding cost of shipping, will be issued upon receipt of returned, unopened items.

  8. Refunds for products shipped, excluding cost of shipping, will be issued upon receipt of returned, unopened items.

  9. All invalid or altered transactions with incorrect amounts will be voided and Internet orders cancelled.

NOTE: Receipts serve as proof of purchase, but are not indicative of completion. Certification status is also pending renewal until all required documents (CEC proof of completion, First Aid and CPR C/AED) are received and verified. Certification Renewal payment is not indicative of valid certification status. A valid certificate of distinction consists of an  expiration date which has not lapsed for more than 6 months and can be confirmed through Education Services (education@cptn.com) as a valid trainer.
